Job summary

Indra Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to strengthen our logistics team. The role focuses on warehouse operations, asset management, and inventory control to ensure traceability and efficient project support.

You will coordinate materials receipt, storage, issuance, and deliveries, while maintaining records and complying with HSE and environmental requirements. 3+ years in related roles preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, asset management, or project coordination.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, asset control, and procurement/logistics processes.
• Good organizational, coordination, communication, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse operations, inventory control, and asset management activities with accurate records.
• Oversee receipt, storage, issuance, and traceability of materials and spare parts.
• Support logistics activities, including deliveries, shipments, and transport coordination.
• Coordinate procurement logistics and follow up material deliveries with suppliers.
• Manage asset allocation, transfers, and handover of equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, HSE and warehouse best practices.
• Assist audits and maintain documentation related to assets and logistics.
• Support environmental requirements including handling, storage, disposal, and records.

Join our Logistics team! As a leading company in the defense and technology sector, we are looking to strengthen our team in Saudi Arabia with a Warehouse Coordinator with solid experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and asset management to coordinate day-to-day logistics activities, ensure accurate asset traceability, and support compliance with HSE and environmental requirements.

What will you do?

• Coordinate warehouse operations, inventory control, and asset management activities, maintaining accurate records of project assets, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, issuance, and traceability of materials and spare parts.
• Support logistics activities, including deliveries, shipments, and transportation coordination.
• Coordinate procurement logistics and follow up material deliveries with suppliers.
• Manage asset allocation, transfers, and handover of company equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, HSE requirements, and warehouse best practices.
• Support audits and maintain accurate documentation related to project assets and logistics.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of environmental requirements, ensuring proper handling, storage, and disposal of materials and waste, and maintaining environmental records for compliance and audits.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, asset management, or project coordination roles.

Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, asset control, and procurement/logistics processes.

Good organizational, coordination, communication, and reporting skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a multidisciplinary project environment; experience in complex infrastructure or large-scale projects is a plus.
