CTS Group in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Planner/Scheduler to lead scheduling for large-scale projects. You will develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules, coordinate with engineering and procurement, and flag risks early to keep delivery on track.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project, strong knowledge of CPM, EVM, and a proven track record in construction or manufacturing environments. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven planning/scheduling experience on large-scale projects.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of scheduling techniques and EVM.
• Experience in construction or manufacturing projects is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules and baselines.
• Build work breakdown structures and logic-linked programs.
• Track progress, update actuals, and analyze variance against baseline.
• Perform critical path and delay analysis and flag schedule risks.
• Produce progress reports, look-aheads, and schedule dashboards.
• Coordinate schedule inputs with project, engineering, and procurement teams.
• Support resource and milestone planning and integration.
• Maintain schedule records and support claims and change management.
