Key Responsibilities Include
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules and baselines
- Build work breakdown structures and logic-linked programs
- Track progress, update actuals, and analyze variance against baseline
- Perform critical path and delay analysis and flag schedule risks
- Produce progress reports, look-aheads, and schedule dashboards
- Coordinate schedule inputs with project, engineering, and procurement teams
- Support resource and milestone planning and integration
- Maintain schedule records and support claims and change management

Who We're Looking For
You have a degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with proven planning/scheduling experience on large-scale projects. You are analytical, detail-focused, and fluent in planning tools.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling techniques
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
- Understanding of critical path, EVM, and delay analysis
- Experience in construction or manufacturing projects is an advantage
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience as a Planner / Scheduler on large-scale projects
- Experience with data center, mission-critical, or industrial projects is a plus
- Track record of maintaining accurate, reliable schedules
