Job summary

Eezee-It is seeking an Odoo Project Manager/Junior Solution Architect to guide customers through their digital transformation in Saudi Arabia. You will lead development projects for our product and ensure success across all development-related operations.

English is required, a work visa will be provided for this Saudi-based position. Responsibilities include driving service excellence, nurturing customer relationships, and coordinating across teams to deliver projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in business/administration preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of project delivery and management experience required.
• IT service industry experience is a plus or essential.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Scrum helps, familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer relationship skills expected.
• ERP knowledge with good organizational skills will help advise customers.

As an Project Manager, you will lead and participate in development projects for our product and be involved in all development-related aspects of our technical operations.

You're accountable for the success of your projects and are an inspiration for your teams. You don't lose sight of the big picture and push towards shared goals.

A work visa will be providedto candidate as the job will be in Saudi Arabia.

Youreveryday tasks

• Create Service Excellence by handling customer requests or concerns quickly and professionally
• Maintain a pleasant and long-term relationship to identify and close new business opportunities
• Frequently visit your assigned customers and define the short and long term vision and applicationlandscape
• Frequently evaluate the customers satisfaction level
• Propose services to improve key- and end-users application knowledge
• Delegate and direct service tasks
• Align team members to ensure the customer and deliverygoals are met
• Performing administrative tasks, such as monitoring incoming tickets, monitoring team performance on your assigned projects, reviewing forecasted deliveryversus actuals, …. You will lead and take entirely the responsibility of your project implementations from A to Z.
• Improving service methods to increase the service desk's productivity and meet the customer servicelevel agreement.
• Through lessons learned experiences, ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivitygoals are met
• Maintaining strong relationships with operational teams Deliver and Advise

Yourprofile

To succeed in your mission, you must have a positive, solution-focused mindset.

• You have a Master’s degree in business, administration, or related field - Having an Accounting or Finance certification is a big plus !
• You have already project deliveryand management experience - Minimum of 5 years expected for this position !
• For you the IT service industry has no secrets
• Knowledge of ITIL and Scrum methodologies will make your job easier
• You have excellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills
• By knowing ERP and with good organizational skills you customers will love your advise
• With strong creative thinking you will be able to turn problems into opportunities
