Senior Odoo Functional Consultant

Location: Saudi Arabia | Relocation required

Wesprime is looking for an experienced Senior Functional Consultant specialising in Odoo to join our growing startup in Saudi Arabia. This is a core role for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, solving business problems and helping build a company from the ground up.

Candidates must have at least four years of Odoo experience and be willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead customer discussions to understand business processes, challenges and functional requirements.
• Analyse requirements and map them to suitable Odoo modules and workflows.
• Conduct process gap analysis and recommend practical Odoo solutions.
• Prepare requirement documents, functional specifications and process flows.
• Configure Odoo and coordinate with developers on customisations and integrations.
• Manage implementation activities, including testing, user training, data migration support and go-live.
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally, including during high-pressure situations.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to keep projects on track.
• Travel to customer locations across Saudi Arabia as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum four years of hands-on experience specialising in Odoo.
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules, workflows and implementation practices.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and customer-facing consulting.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Hindi and Arabic are an advantage.
• Confident managing customer expectations and tense situations.
• Willing and able to travel across Saudi Arabia.
• Ready to relocate to Saudi Arabia and contribute actively to a startup environment.
