Scopely was acquired by Savvy Games Group in July 2023 and is now an independent subsidiary of Savvy. Savvy aims to drive the long-term growth of esports and the broader games industry worldwide.

We are looking for a high-energy, self-driven Project Manager - Gen AI to join our GenAI team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and wants to be at the forefront of AI implementation in the gaming industry. You will drive the identification, testing, adoption, and scaling of AI tools, while also managing documentation and communication across global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• AI Tool Scaling & Implementation – Identify and evaluate AI tools that address specific functional needs across departments (HR, Engineering, Art, etc); conduct initial testing of potential tools within the GenAI team; coordinate and document proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives with various functional and game teams; drive the adoption and scaling of successful tools across the organization; manage licensing and implementation processes.
• Research & Development – Monitor emerging AI technologies and identify potential applications; document use cases and create roadmaps for implementation; connect with functional leads to gather requirements and initiate POCs; organize training sessions for teams adopting new AI tools.
• Project & Documentation Management – Build and maintain project tracking systems; create comprehensive documentation of team activities, decisions, and outcomes; manage task allocation and track progress across multiple initiatives; compile and distribute monthly newsletters on AI developments; prepare weekly updates on industry news and relevant AI advancements.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication – Collaborate with global stakeholders across different functions and time zones; present AI solutions to potential internal users and drive adoption; maintain effective communication with legal teams for SOWs, NDAs, and other agreements; document all stakeholder conversations and follow up accordingly.

Qualifications

• Required Skills & Experience – Proven experience in project management or producer roles; usage of AI technologies and their practical applications; excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders; self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative without direct supervision; experience building processes and systems from scratch; adaptability and comfort with frequent pivoting based on changing priorities; strong documentation and organizational skills; experience with project management methodologies and tools.
