Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group is inviting Expressions of Interest for a Project Manager – Construction Supervision to lead major infrastructure projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

You will manage day-to-day delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor schedules and budgets, and act as a primary client liaison with stakeholders. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and 12+ years in infrastructure delivery, with PM skills and international consultancy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 12+ years experience in infrastructure project delivery with construction supervision.
• Experience managing complex infrastructure projects including roads/utilities.
• Strong knowledge of PM principles, contracts, and project controls.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in international consultancy environments is desirable.
• GCC and Saudi Arabia project experience preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications advantageous.

• Prepare and present progress reports and KPIs to senior management and clients.

About The Role

We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced professionals for a Project Manager – Construction Supervision role for upcoming major infrastructure projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including construction supervision, engineering, commercial, and project controls personnel
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and performance indicators to ensure successful project delivery
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, quality standards, and health and safety requirements
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on project delivery
• Review and monitor contractor progress, performance, and compliance with approved methodologies and plans
• Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and key performance metrics to senior management and clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in infrastructure project delivery, including significant experience in construction supervision and project management roles
• Proven experience managing complex infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, transportation, water, or related sectors
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction supervision practices, contract administration, and project controls
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within international consultancy environments is highly desirable
• GCC and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia project experience is preferred
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are advantageous
