Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group is inviting Expressions of Interest for a Project Manager – Construction Supervision to lead major infrastructure projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

You will manage day-to-day delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor schedules and budgets, and act as a primary client liaison with stakeholders. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and 12+ years in infrastructure delivery, with PM skills and international consultancy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 12+ years experience in infrastructure project delivery with construction supervision.
• Experience managing complex infrastructure projects including roads/utilities.
• Strong knowledge of PM principles, contracts, and project controls.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in international consultancy environments is desirable.
• GCC and Saudi Arabia project experience preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of infrastructure projects aligned with objectives.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams including supervision and controls.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, resources and performance indicators.
• Act as key liaison for clients, contractors, authorities and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with specs, contracts, quality standards and safety.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts.
• Review contractor progress and adherence to methodologies and plans.
• Prepare and present progress reports and KPIs to senior management and clients.
