Job summary

Surbana Jurong in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Regional Director – Water & Environment (Middle East) to provide strategic leadership, drive growth, and oversee major water, environmental, and waste projects across the region.

You will build strategic client relationships, lead tenders and commercial strategies, and steer multidisciplinary teams across locations, ensuring delivery excellence, innovation, and alignment with industry standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ Middle East experience, preferably including UAE and KSA.
• Strong expertise in Water, Environment and/or Waste.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong business development, client management, and commercial experience.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards and legislation.
• Engineering, Environmental Science, or related degree; professional qualifications preferred.
