Job summary

Tarabut Gateway is seeking a seasoned Programme Manager to own complex banking programmes in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on delivering multi-party milestones, managing client relationships, and driving cross-functional delivery with a proactive, hands-on approach.

You will lead weekly cadences with bank counterparts, tackle critical path issues, and identify opportunities for expansion within live programmes while coordinating with compliance for go-live gates.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years in project or programme management, including 4+ years delivering with banks or financial institutions in Saudi Arabia.
• Senior client relationships experience and account growth, not just planning.
• Hands-on and proactive; drive stalled workstreams regardless of org chart.
• Able to bring teams together and sustain cadence across internal and client sides.
• Understand core systems, APIs and integration delivery to test estimates and spot slippage early.
• Arabic is a must; fluent English is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the programme milestones, dependencies, decisions and risks in one place.
• Own the relationship; be the person the bank calls first.
• Run the weekly rhythm with bank counterparties, working groups, steercos, minutes and actions.
• Dig into details when things slip and stay with it until it moves.
• Spot expansion inside live programmes and turn it into scoped follow-on work.
• Manage approval-linked milestones and go-live gates with our compliance team.
• Surface risk early and arrive with options.
