Job summary

Tarabut, the Middle East's regulated open banking platform, is hiring a Project Manager to run our bank programmes in Saudi Arabia. You’ll lead two to three programmes simultaneously, partnering with tier-1 Saudi banks to bring products to market quickly and manage client relationships end-to-end.

Based in Riyadh and reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the role involves regular travel to Jeddah and Bahrain, collaborating with our product and commercial teams, and coordinating across

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in project or programme management, with at least 4 years delivering for banks or financial institutions in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven senior client relationship experience and ability to grow accounts.
• Hands-on leader who can move stalled workstreams and drive cadence.
• Strong cadence across internal and client teams that others follow.
• Knowledge of core systems, APIs and integration delivery to spot slippage early.
• Arabic required; fluent English preferred.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Own programme plans with milestones, dependencies and risks in one shared place.
• Own bank relationships and be the go-to contact for counterparty questions.
• Run weekly working groups, steering committees, minutes and actions to close.
• Investigate slips in detail and drive resolution with visibility.
• Identify expansion opportunities and scope follow-on work.
• Manage approval milestones and go-live gates with compliance.
• Surface risk early and present actionable options.
