Job summary

Convergint MEA in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of ELV, IT, and Security Systems projects from planning through final certification.

You will own end-to-end execution, coordinating teams, clients, and suppliers to deliver complex infrastructure projects on time and to spec.

Hands-on leaders who thrive on site walks, commissioning, and on-schedule handoffs will fit this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in electrical, electronics, telecoms, or IT.
• 5-7 years' experience across security systems (CCTV, Access Control, ANPR, Biometrics, Barriers).
• Certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Milestone/Genetec, Lenel/Kerisys/Paxton are a plus.
• Strong project and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills; strong command of English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and prepare project plans in coordination with stakeholders
• Lead kick-off meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to align on scope, timelines, and execution
• Manage full project execution: installation, staffing, hardware/software coordination
• Own testing, commissioning, inspection, and final certification
• Supervise Project Engineers and technicians on site
• Report progress to senior management and resolve issues with suppliers, contractors, or clients
• Communicate updates, progress, and variation orders directly with clients
• Train technicians and client personnel on system use
