Our team of experts is dedicated to delivering high-quality services and solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Technical Project Manager to join our growing team. As the IT Infrastructure Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects for our clients. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 1. Own the integrated project management plan, approved scope, work breakdown structure, schedule, budget, resources, quality, procurement, communications, and acceptance baselines.
  • 2. Lead requirements validation, site surveys, design coordination, interface management, constructability reviews, technical submittals, RFIs, and readiness planning with authorized reviewers.
  • 3. Coordinate active infrastructure delivery, including network, security, compute, storage, backup, virtualization, monitoring, and cloud/hybrid components included in the approved scope.
  • 4. Coordinate passive infrastructure delivery, including MDF/IDF rooms, pathways, containment, racks, copper and fibre cabling, patching, labelling, grounding/bonding interfaces, testing and as-built records.
  • 5. Coordinate approved low-current/ELV systems and interfaces, including CCTV, access control, intercom, PA/BGM, AV, IPTV/SMATV, BMS/IBMS, parking/gates, nurse call and fire-alarm interfaces.
  • 6. Manage technical procurement inputs, compliance matrices, BOQ reconciliation, long-lead items, vendor obligations, logistics, submittals and performance within delegated authority.
  • 7. Maintain logic-linked schedules, evidence-based progress, cost forecasts, risk and issue registers, dependency controls, change requests, decision logs and recovery plans.
  • 8. Plan controlled cutovers and migrations with impact assessment, prerequisites, approvals, communications, rollback triggers, command structure and post-change validation.
  • 9. Lead inspection, testing, commissioning, defect closure and operational handover, including as-builts, configurations, certificates, licences, warranties, spares, training, asset/CMDB data, support contacts and residual-risk transfer.
  • 10. Provide the PMO Director and governance bodies with accurate status, forecasts, decisions, exceptions and corrective actions; escape material deviation, unsafe work and missing approvals early.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer, telecommunications, network, information technology or electrical/electronics engineering, or a closely related discipline; a formally recognised equivalent
  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification issued by PMI and verifiable through official evidence. 'PMP trained', an expired credential, or an intended examination date is not equivalent.
  • At least five consecutive years of directly relevant, full-time-equivalent experience delivering integrated IT infrastructure projects, with demonstrable responsibility across active, passive, and low-current/ELV domains during that period.
  • Proven end-to-end responsibility for comparable infrastructure projects covering planning, design coordination, procurement, implementation, testing/commissioning, cutover, acceptance and handover.
  • Strong project-control capability covering WBS, critical path, forecasting, RAID, change control, procurement tracking, physical progress measurement, executive reporting and recovery planning.
  • Sufficient technical working knowledge to challenge designs, quantities, sequencing, test evidence, acceptance and supportability without claiming specialist designer-of-record authority.
  • Proven site-delivery and vendor-management experience, with clear written and verbal communication for executives, technical teams, customers and contractors.
  • Ability to attend project sites and support controlled cutovers when assignments require it; the employer must disclose the approved travel and after-hours conditions before appointment.
Preferred Qualifications And Experience
  • BICSI RCDD, RTPM, DCDC or another current role-relevant ICT infrastructure credential.
  • CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Security or equivalent multi-vendor enterprise-network knowledge.
  • Current ITIL Foundation or higher service-management qualification.
  • Experience in hospitals/healthcare, data centres, campuses, critical facilities, government, multi-site rollouts, or 24x7 operating environments.
  • Working familiarity with TIA/BICSI practices, information security and service-management controls, applicable building/fire codes and project-specific AHJ requirements.
  • Ability to interpret coordinated drawings, rack elevations, network diagrams, single-line diagrams, heat maps, test reports and AutoCAD/BIM viewer outputs.
