Job summary

Abunayyan Holding is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Data Center projects from design through construction, testing, commissioning, handover and transition to operations in Riyadh. You will manage scope, budget, schedule and risk across complex infrastructure programs.

The role requires 7+ years in project management, with 3+ years in Data Centers or Mission Critical facilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Preferably 3+ years in Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, MEP, or similar complex infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, risk and change management.
• Good understanding of Data Center infrastructure, including electrical systems, cooling, UPS, generators, fire protection, BMS/DCIM, testing, and commissioning.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
