Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and manage construction and engineering projects in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on coordinating project activities, ensuring timely delivery within budget, and upholding safety and quality standards.

The successful candidate will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, monitor performance against schedules, and report progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 13+ years of project management experience in construction/engineering.
• Experience managing high-rise projects is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Project Manager

CLEAR is looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage our construction and engineering projects. The successful candidate will coordinate project activities, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
• Monitor project performance against schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Manage procurement, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Report regularly on project status, milestones, and challenges to senior leadership.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience

• At least 13 years of experience in project management within construction or engineering sectors.
• Proven experience managing high-rise building projects is highly desirable.
• Strong background in multi-disciplinary project coordination.

• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
