Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Project Manager to oversee landscape, infrastructure, and construction projects from initiation to completion. You will ensure objectives are met on time, within scope and budget, upholding safety and quality.

You will lead planning, budgeting, procurement, and coordination with clients and subcontractors to deliver projects successfully.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale construction or landscape projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes, and site operations.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of landscape and construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and contractual requirements.
• Manage day-to-day project operations, including resource allocation, subcontractor coordination, and site supervision.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, cash flows, and progress reports to ensure financial and operational alignment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and technical specifications.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project transparency
• Review and approve technical drawings, material submittals, method statements, and work programs.
• Lead project teams, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage procurement schedules and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Ensure all required documentation, including project handover files, as-built drawings, and closeout reports, is completed accurately and on time.
