Job summary

CLEAR Engineering Consultants is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction and engineering projects from initiation through completion. The role requires coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record of managing budgets and schedules, mitigating risks, and reporting progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 13 years of project management experience in construction or engineering sectors.
• Experience with high-rise building projects is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of projects from initiation through completion

• Monitor project performance against schedules, budgets, and quality expectations
• Manage procurement, resource allocation, and vendor relationships

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Experience

• At least 13 years of experience in project management within construction or engineering sectors
• Proven experience managing high-rise building projects is highly desirable
• Strong background in multi-disciplinary project coordination
