Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Senior Project Director to lead the delivery of major construction programs in Saudi Arabia, including high‑rise towers, from inception through handover.

The ideal candidate will bring 20+ years of Tier 1 main contractor experience, a proven track record delivering multi‑billion SAR developments, and strong leadership across design, procurement, construction and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of project management experience with Tier 1 main contractors.
• Experience delivering multi-billion SAR construction projects, including high-rise towers.
• Strong leadership and communication skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects.
• Direct multidisciplinary project teams to achieve safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives
• Oversee all phases from design through handover
• Manage client relationships and be the primary contact for key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulations, and standards
• Lead project controls including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and change control
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Drive commercial performance and support contract administration and dispute resolution

.Key Responsibilitie

• sProvide strategic leadership for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale construction projects

• .Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from design coordination and procurement through construction, commissioning, and handover
