Job summary

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, coordinate and execute technical projects for mining systems. You will manage the full lifecycle from design and implementation to testing and handover, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and quality.

The role emphasizes hands-on deployment, on-site installations, configuring customer systems, developing project plans, risk mitigation, and collaboration with sales and service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3 years mining industry experience.
• Proficient in English; French and Portuguese are assets.
• Experience with Postgres, SQLite, SQL Server, Linux and Ubuntu.
• Experience with remote teams is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Actively work on product/project deployment of complex mining solutions.
• Support and maintain software.
• Deliver bespoke customization as required.
• Troubleshoot system issues.
• Own and implement customer system configurations.
• Implement system customizations using scripting tools.
• Participate in onsite system installation efforts.
• Maintain documentation and reporting standards.
• Comply with safety policies and procedures.
