Job summary

UCC Holding seeks a dynamic Project Director to spearhead VIP 5-star hotel and entertainment projects in Saudi Arabia. You will own project strategy, planning, execution, and delivery—ensuring milestones are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage contractors and stakeholders, and drive operational excellence from concept to completion, with a strong focus on safety, risk management, and value engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of experience, including 10+ years in project leadership within large-scale construction or hospitality projects (GCC experience preferred).
• Strong background in engineering, project management, and client relations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure technical, financial, and functional success
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and resource allocation to achieve cost efficiency and timely delivery
• Lead quality assurance, safety, and risk management initiatives in alignment with company standards
• Direct design, engineering, and construction supervision activities, ensuring adherence to specifications
• Maintain client relationships, drive value engineering, and manage commercial and contractual obligations
