Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Executive Director to lead delivery of high-profile 5-star hotel projects in the GCC region. The role requires steering large teams, aligning strategy with business goals and ensuring excellence across all project phases.

The ideal candidate brings 20–25 years of industry experience, including 8–10 years at director level, with a track record in luxury hospitality or premium developments. GCC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture is mandatory.
• The ideal candidate will have 20 to 25 years of industry experience, with 8 to 10 years in a director-level capacity, leading luxury hospitality or premium development projects across the GCC.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality business strategies and plans aligned with objectives.
• Lead and manage development projects of significant complexity from concept to completion.
• Provide executive leadership in systems and processes for safety, efficiency, growth and financial performance.
• Coordinate design activities with architects, contractors and consultants and manage contracting.
• Ensure project management requirements are in place to deliver on time, safely and within budget.
• Develop and monitor metrics and KPIs to ensure projects are completed within approved schedules and budgets.

We as a leading main contractor of the region is seeking experienced Executive Directors to lead the delivery of prestigious 5-star luxury hotel projects. This is an exceptional opportunity for senior construction leaders with a proven track record in managing large-scale hospitality developments, driving project excellence, and leading high-performing teams from concept to completion.

The Ideal Executive Director will be responsible for

• Developing high-quality business strategies and plans and ensure strategy alignment with objectives.
• Managing, conceiving, marketing and executing development projects of significant complexity.
• Providing executive leadership in the design, development and implementation of systems and processes that improve safety, process efficiencies, program growth and overall sound financial performance.
• Developing high-quality business strategies and plans and ensures strategy alignment with objectives.
• Developing and implement programs and initiatives, with a goal of continuous improvement, that supports the best possible patient, provider and employee experience.
• Understand business risks, manage Company exposure and keep senior management up to date with risk exposure and methods of strategic risk mitigation.
• Overseeing the coordination of design activities to include, but not limited to, architect, contractor and consultant solicitation, selection and contracting, design review, and administration.
• Ensuring all Project Management requirements are in place and all measures taken to complete projects in time, safely and within budget.
• Through the development and monitoring of metrics and key performance indicators, ensure that all organization projects and programs are successfully completed within the approved schedule and budget.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture is mandatory
• The ideal candidate will have 20 to 25 years of industry experience, with at least 8 to 10 years serving in a director-level capacity, leading and managing prestigious luxury hospitality, mixed-use, or premium development projects, preferably across the GCC.
