Job summary

Overview

We are looking for a Project Controls Manager to work for a contractor in Riyadh & Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a schedule of technical audits of the project control function on projects.
• Analyse department manpower needs and resources, present current and future requirements.
• Assign project control staff to projects, proposals and tasks.
• Provide project cost and analysis to Senior Management.
• Provide benchmarking service to Senior Management.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budget for the Project Control department.

Qualifications

• Must be an Industrial or Electromechanical Engineer.
• At least 5 years of projects planning & control experience in construction projects.
• At least 10 years of work experience.
• Highly experienced in Primavera or MS Project and similar tools.
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
• Excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills.
