Job summary

Infinite pl is seeking a Project Consultant with PMO experience to support the successful delivery of IT and digital transformation projects. You will contribute to initiation, planning, execution, governance, and reporting, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to PMO standards.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, execution, and monitoring throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, costs, and invoicing with project and finance teams.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and PMO governance compliance.
• Support portfolio reporting and continuous process improvement.

Job Summary:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or Project Delivery.
• Experience in IT or Digital Transformation projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project governance, project delivery, and PMO best practices.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• PMP certification preferred.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Jira, Odoo or similar project management tools.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills.
