Job summary

Infinite pl is seeking a Project Consultant with PMO experience to support the successful delivery of IT and digital transformation projects. You will contribute to initiation, planning, execution, governance, and reporting, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to PMO standards.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 2–4 years in PMO, familiarity with MS Project/Jira/Odoo, strong communication, and fluency in Arabic and

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, PM, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or Project Delivery.
Experience in IT or Digital Transformation projects preferred.
Strong understanding of project governance, delivery, and PMO best practices.

Responsibilities

Support project planning, execution, and monitoring throughout the lifecycle.
Monitor progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
Monitor budgets, forecasts, costs, and invoicing with project and finance teams.
Coordinate with project teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation and PMO governance compliance.
Support portfolio reporting and continuous process improvement.
