Job summary

Infinite pl is seeking an experienced Commercial Squad Lead to steer the F&O, CRM, and Billing systems within our enterprise platform. You will lead a cross-functional squad, align business needs with technology solutions, and drive agile delivery and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Billing platforms, ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions for our clients and internal teams in the Saudi

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, CRM, and Billing solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional Agile squads or delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and system integration.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Commercial (F&O, CRM, and Billing) squad to ensure successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.
• Own the commercial roadmap and prioritize initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of enhancements, implementations, and production support.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, infrastructure, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide technical and functional leadership to the squad while promoting Agile best practices.
• Manage squad capacity, work allocation, and performance to achieve delivery objectives.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, solution quality, and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and quality standards.
