Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Develops methods for managing the activities of reviewing and analyzing license applications for petroleum products and fuel stations.
• Develops the processes for reviewing and analyzing applications submitted by beneficiaries concerning fuel stations, providing comments, and issuing licenses.
• Establishes review and evaluation procedures for applications to qualify service centers and fuel stations and issues certificates.
• Delivers matters related to obtaining licenses and collecting financial consideration as part of revenues.
• Coordinates with accounts monitoring regarding collection of financial considerations.
• Develops mechanisms for license renewal/termination and notifies licensees of expiration.
• Develops procedures for license amendments and cooperates with third parties for technical input.
• Contributes to reviewing and commenting on permits and licenses, including renewal, cancellation, or withdrawal.

Job description

• Develops methods for managing the activities of reviewing and analyzing license applications for all activities related to the trading and disposal of petroleum products and activities related to fuel stations, and cooperates with the relevant concerned entities.
• Develops the processes for reviewing and analyzing applications submitted by beneficiaries concerning fuel stations, providing comments, and issuing the necessary licenses, as applicable and in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations, and requirements.
• Establishes review and evaluation procedures for applications to qualify service centers and fuel stations and issues qualification certificates in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations, standards, and requirements.
• Delivers matters related to obtaining the licenses necessary to conduct the activities and collecting the financial consideration for the licenses as part of their revenues.
• Contributes to coordinating with the General Department of Accounts Monitoring regarding the collection of the financial consideration for licenses and permits in accordance with the regulations governing such matters.
• Develops mechanisms for managing license renewal/termination requests and carries out activities to notify licensees of the approaching expiration of their licenses.
• Develops procedures for managing requests to amend licenses and cooperates with any third party to provide technical input on the requests received.
• Contributes to the processes of reviewing and analyzing and providing comments regarding permits and licenses, and taking the appropriate actions concerning their renewal, cancellation, or withdrawal in accordance with the laws and regulations.
• Provides what is necessary to participate in qualifying companies wishing to engage in the targeted activities at fuel stations.
• Develops mechanisms for issuing approvals for the use of a licensee's facilities by another licensee pursuant to an agreement concluded between them on a commercial basis, after it has been reviewed by the relevant technical department within the organization, and provides input and a decision regarding cases of disagreement.
• Contributes to monitoring the schedule related to the validity and expiration of licenses and ensuring continuous communication with licensees to initiate renewal procedures on an ongoing basis, in coordination with the General Department for Company Monitoring.
• Complies with the work controls and conduct, cybersecurity policies of the organization, and procedures specific to the organizational unit.
• Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or any field related to the job.
