Job summary

Tas'Helat Marketing Co. (Fuel Stations Chain) seeks a seasoned Project Engineer/Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive projects from scope through delivery, within budget and schedule, aligned with company objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or construction management, 5–10 years in project engineering (fuel stations a plus), and strong leadership, planning, and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5-10 years of progressive project engineering experience, including Fuel stations projects.
• Project Management Professional certificate is preferred.
• leadership, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
• Excellent computer skills, good knowledge with project management software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to work to agreed deadlines and timescales.
• Demonstrated knowledge of health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects teams to ensure assigned projects are being completed within approved budget and timeline.
• Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop project plans, specifications, procedures and engineering designs.
• Guide cross-functional teams, review technical designs and engineering documentation.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor progress, provide financial control, and ensure the quality of the project.
• Provide all needed communication between the stakeholders and ensure that all necessary reviews and approvals are received.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to industry compliance and company safety guidelines.
• Act as primary technical point of contact for Stakeholders, delivering regular progress reports.
• Perform technical studies to analyze and refine project requirements.
• Assess the team and provide required guidance and development to improve their capabilities.
