Job summary

Americana Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in a refrigerated FMCG environment. You will lead and develop the production team, ensure safety and quality standards, and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to meet targets.

The role requires 3–5 years in production supervision in FMCG or food manufacturing, with knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and ERP systems. Shift-based work in a controlled environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering, Food Technology, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years as a Production Supervisor in FMCG or Food Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the supervising & control of industrial production process, Overseeing & organizing the work of the employee During his shift in the production areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to achieve production targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop the production team.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
• Monitor KPIs including OEE, Yield, Waste, and Downtime.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in FMCG or Food Manufacturing.
• Experience in protein processing (Poultry, Meat, Seafood, or Plant-Based Proteins) is preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a shift-based and refrigerated production environment.
