Job summary

Napco National is seeking to streamline production order workflows in Dammam. The role focuses on preparing production orders from sales inputs, logging steps, updating order statuses, and emailing logs to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include coordinating material allocation per stock levels, creating new item numbers in the product database, and handling purchase orders for raw materials. This position supports both production and warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Production order preparation based on the sales order from customer service.
• Log the order preparation details in the order log.
• Update the status of the order in the order log.
• Email the order log to the concerned persons.
• Coordinate cliché/cylinders check requests with the printing section.
• Handle plate receipt reports from production and cylinder receipt reports from warehouse and update artwork status in the order log.
• Allocate materials for all orders based on updated stock positions.
• Create item numbers for all products in the product database.
• Prepare purchase orders for raw materials from affiliates and follow up.
• Prepare sample orders and internal trial orders.

4. Send the order log to the concerned persons by e-mail.

7. Responsible for material allocation for all orders based on updated stock position.
8. Responsible for creating item# for all products in product data base.
9. Responsible for preparing purchase orders for raw material from affiliates and follow up.
10. Responsible for preparing sample order & internal trial order preparation.
