Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, product data, and behavioral insights to guide product decisions.
• Translate insights into clear problem statements and product opportunities.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with company objectives.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning for owned product areas.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on user impact, technical feasibility, and business value.
• Manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity for development teams.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product features on time.
• Support sprint planning, product reviews, and release management activities.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to deliver cohesive product experiences.
• Communicate product updates, requirements, and progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between product initiatives and broader business objectives.
• Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and optimizations.
• Support experimentation and data-driven product iterations.
