Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping B2B SaaS products.
• Regular interactions with customers to surface pain.
• Ability to simplify complex flows and write clearly.

Responsibilities

• Surface the problems that slow finance leaders and translate them into product decisions.
• Own the full product lifecycle from problem definition to shipping value.
• Scale live features, improve reliability, and drive adoption across customers.
• Collaborate with marketing on go-to-market and feature adoption.
• Let data guide decisions: track usage, drop-off, and adoption curves.
