This role covers the full product lifecycle, from problem discovery to shipping, with a focus on reducing friction, improving reliability, and driving adoption across the customer base.

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping B2B SaaS products.
• You talk to users every week to surface real problems.
• You simplify complex flows and explain the changes clearly.
• You build dashboards and base decisions on data.
• You turn input into decisive product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Surface problems that slow finance leaders and business owners.
• Define problems, validate with real users, and ship solutions.
