Job summary

Reef Group is seeking an Internal Procurement Officer to support local procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of products, materials, and services in line with approved specs and timelines.

The role requires 1–2 years in procurement, basic negotiation skills, and attention to detail. You will liaise with warehouses, departments, and local suppliers to process requests and issue purchase orders efficiently.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Process approved internal procurement requests from different departments in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Review purchase requests and ensure that specifications, quantities, required approvals, and supporting information are complete before initiating procurement activities.
• Communicate with local suppliers to obtain quotations and required commercial and technical information.
• Prepare and compare quotations based on price, quality, delivery lead time, payment terms, and other relevant purchasing criteria.
