Job summary

iHR (International Human Resources) is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement for fit-out and interior contracting projects. You will oversee material planning, sourcing, supplier negotiations, purchase orders, and timely deliveries to project sites while ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in procurement within fit-out sectors, including 3+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 8+ years procurement experience in fit-out/interior contracting with 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience supporting retail, commercial office, and hospitality fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Review BOQs and drawings to develop material plans and procurement schedules.
• Source and procure materials including FF&E, joinery, finishes, lighting, and MEP materials.
• Manage RFQs, compare quotations, negotiate prices and payment terms, and issue POs.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate material submittals, samples, and approvals with project, design, and site teams.
• Monitor procurement budgets, cost savings, delivery schedules, and material availability.
• Lead and develop the procurement team and ensure compliance with procedures.

About the Job Role:

• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/procurement systems.
