iHR (International Human Resources) is representing a client specializing in fit-out and interior contracting. The Procurement Manager will lead end-to-end procurement, ensuring timely material delivery to project sites while balancing cost efficiency and quality.

The role requires reviewing BOQs/drawings, sourcing materials (FF&E, joinery, finishes, lighting, MEP), managing RFQs and POs, and developing strong supplier relationships to support retail, commercial office, and hospitality projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Supply Chain.
• 8+ years of procurement experience in fit-out or interior contracting, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience supporting retail, commercial office, and hospitality fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to interpret BOQs, specifications, and architectural/MEP drawings.
• Established supplier network, strong negotiation, and vendor-management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/procurement systems.
• Fluent English; Arabic is preferred.
