Simple Bread Co. in Riyadh invites applications for a Procurement & Logistics Manager role. The on-site position leads end-to-end sourcing and logistics to support bakery operations nationwide.

You will negotiate supplier contracts, monitor performance, and coordinate with production, finance and quality teams to ensure cost-effective procurement, inventory control and timely delivery. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong skills in supplier evaluation and supply management.
• Proficiency in procurement and contract negotiation.
• Experience in supply chain management and logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and cost analysis.
• ERP systems and procurement tools experience; strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end procurement cycle including sourcing, evaluating and selecting suppliers.
• Plan and coordinate logistics activities: inbound/outbound transport, warehousing and inventory control.
• Negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Collaborate with production, finance and quality teams to align purchasing with business goals.
• Maintain accurate procurement and logistics records and report on KPIs.
• Optimize supply chain processes to improve delivery times and reduce costs.
