Job summary

Hire Fellows is seeking a skilled Procurement & Inventory Officer to support satellite kitchens with the right ingredients, packaging, and consumables, ensuring accurate stock levels and cost control. You will manage purchasing, inventory and kitchen administration for assigned kitchens, collaborating with suppliers, Kitchen Manager and Packing & Dispatch teams to meet daily production needs.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years in procurement, inventory management or kitchen administration.
• Experience in food production, hospitality, or similar fast-paced environments preferred.
• Hands-on supplier management, purchasing and PO processes.
• Comfort negotiating with suppliers and tracking pricing, availability and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

• Source and place purchase orders for ingredients, packaging and consumables with approved suppliers.
• Maintain supplier relationships and follow up on orders, deliveries, and quality concerns.
• Track spend against budget and flag variances or unusual purchasing patterns.
• Own day-to-day stock accuracy, count inventory and reconcile with records.
• Set par levels based on production and order requirements and monitor them.
• Apply FIFO to minimize waste and manage perishable stock.
• Coordinate with kitchen and packing teams to align supply with daily orders.
• Maintain records like goods received notes, supplier invoices and stock logs.
