Hire Fellows is seeking a skilled Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist to join the operations team in a growing FMCG and beverage manufacturing company in Riyadh. You will manage demand forecasting, production planning, procurement, and inventory control to ensure material availability while minimizing waste and costs.

You will coordinate with suppliers, co-packers, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure timely replenishment and efficient inbound/outbound operations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in supply chain management, procurement, and inventory control.
• Experience in FMCG/beverage manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong forecasting, planning, and supplier management skills.

Aufgaben

• Forecast demand and plan production to align with business needs.
• Oversee procurement of raw materials and packaging for cost efficiency.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotes, compare prices, and negotiate terms.
• Manage supplier relations, POs, delivery schedules, and material availability.
• Coordinate with co-packers, warehouse, and logistics for smooth production flow.
• Monitor stock levels, turnover, expiry dates, and flags for shortages.
• Track usage against plans and identify discrepancies or supply risks.
• Maintain accurate inventory and procurement records.
• Analyze supply chain performance and drive forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
