Job summary

Tasnee in Jubail, KSA is hiring a Process Safety Engineer to support development and implementation of safety processes in a highly regulated environment. You will report to the Superintendent, Loss Control and contribute to a safe, incident-free operation.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in chemical or process safety engineering with 2+ years’ Oil & Gas experience, and proven performance; role emphasizes risk assessment, safety program development, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in chemical or process safety engineering.
• 2+ years’ experience in a reputed Oil & Gas organization.
• Proven records of efficiency, performance and achievements.

Responsibilities

• Review process hazards and propose interventions for safe operation.
• Incorporate safety precautions and standards for procedures.
• Update knowledge on international safety best practices and recommend measures.
• Conduct risk analysis of activities and maintain risk profiling.
• Evaluate design and construction projects for safe safety standards.
• Provide safety guidance prior to alterations and modifications to plants.
• Identify new hazards from changes and recommend controls.
• Inspect sites for compliance with safety procedures and standards.
• Investigate minor and major incidents and draft reports for management.
