Job summary

Thunes Ltd is seeking a Premium Services Manager in Riyadh to deliver high-touch operational service for strategic partners. You will protect revenue, reduce friction, and ensure reliability across high-volume payment flows on the Thunes network.

You will monitor partner performance in real time, anticipate risks, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve complex operational and technical issues. The role requires proactive, structured thinking and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer operations within fintech/payments.
• Strong understanding of API-driven platforms and transaction lifecycles.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end premium partner experience and operational delivery.
• Monitor real-time transaction flows and detect anomalies across corridors.
• Coordinate incident resolution with NOC, Product, Engineering, and Compliance.
• Advise partners on API usage, corridor requirements, and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and systemic fixes.
