Job summary

Medical Staff Talent is seeking a UK or Europe-trained Private Maternity Nurse to join a private Riyadh household. The nurse will provide newborn care from birth, feeding support, sleep routines, growth monitoring and post-natal recovery for the mother, coordinating with obstetric and paediatric clinicians.

The role includes establishing nursery protocols, maintaining high discretion, and ensuring a smooth handover to the household paediatric team, with relocation arranged by the family.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse qualification from a Tier-1 UK or European institution with current registration (NMC, NMBI or equivalent)
• Midwife status or substantive maternity, neonatal or newborn-care practice
• Willingness to relocate and travel with the family worldwide

Job Overview

Medical Staff Talent is appointing a strong UK amp European-trained Private Maternity Nurse strong to a private family in Riyadh providing newborn care and post-natal recovery nursing for a member of the family within the private residence. The appointment begins before the birth and runs through the first months of the child s life a single settled nurse working alongside the family s obstetric and paediatric consultants and handing over in time to the household s paediatric nursing team.

The Mandate

Newborn care from birth feeding support sleep and settling routines growth and jaundice surveillance and safe-sleep governance within the nursery Post-natal recovery nursing for the mother in coordination with the visiting obstetric and paediatric consultants Establishing the nursery s clinical protocols and a structured handover to the household s paediatric nursing team Absolute discretion under NDA

Scope of Our Role

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician and all local arrangements visa licensed entity coordination with local clinics remain with the family s own office and advisers

What this appointment asks of you

A maternity nurse inside a private family residence is retained for the months in which a family is most exposed and least willing to be seen to be so The nurse is present for the birth or shortly after it establishes feeding sleep and safe-sleep routines watches growth and jaundice with clinical eyes rather than a nanny s supports the mother s recovery and briefs the obstetric and paediatric consultants who visit the residence She also builds the nursery s protocols and hands them cleanly to the household s paediatric nurses when her season ends Five years including substantive newborn and post-natal practice is the threshold the Riyadh household will select for calm precision and the kind of discretion that leaves no trace

Requirements

Registered Nurse qualification from a Tier-1 UK or European institution, with current registration (NMC, NMBI or an equivalent European regulator) and either registered midwife status or substantive maternity, neonatal or newborn-care practice. Minimum five years experience, including substantive newborn and post-natal care in private or high-standing settings. Demonstrated discretion in confidential household environments. Fluent English. Availability to start within six weeks of offer. Complete flexibility around the family s calendar. The ability to relocate alone and to travel with the family worldwide, often at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs two nurses alternating shifts to protect continuity of care.
