Job Description

A private family in Riyadh wants a UK & European-trained maternity nurse for a post-natal residential care appointment, placed through us on a strictly private basis. The post is not tied to Riyadh: Switzerland is part of the calendar, and so is night and day infant care there. Our part is a verified introduction and nothing more, so the family meets only a maternity nurse we have vetted. Your employer is the family, and the contract is between the two of you, with independent judgement defined on paper. Requirements We need a maternity nurse whose licence and degree are UK or European and in good standing, with no restrictions on practice. 5 years or more of qualified clinical experience are expected, some of it in newborn care. Eligibility rests on UK or European training and a current registration, and your credentials are checked against it. Clear English is required at every level of the role, alongside a binding NDA from day one, as the family has asked. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies; it does not employ, which matters most when the post carries independent judgement. Benefits Remuneration starts from €5,000 a month, gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the residence is arranged and paid for by the family, an arrangement that supports full clinical autonomy. Paid annual leave is built into the contract, which keeps a long-term maternity nurse post sustainable. The family contracts with you directly; we are not a party to the agreement, with autonomous decision-making defined on paper. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
