Job summary

Echelon is seeking a Principal AI/ML engineer to own engagements from first conversations to production systems in Riyadh. You’ll embed with customer teams, turn ambiguous problems into actionable technical plans, and deliver value that scales across deployments.

You’ll design and deploy production-grade AI systems powered by LLMs, use LangChain and other tools, drive adoption with measurable outcomes, and guide enterprise teams on AI strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years shipping reliable production systems with modern DevOps practices.
• Hands-on with AI-native tooling and AI system evaluation, debugging and observability.
• Experience designing and deploying AI/ML/LLM-powered applications in production.

Responsibilities

• Own engagements from first conversation to production deployment with measurable impact.
• Embed with customer teams on site and guide technical direction of each engagement.
• Design and deploy production-grade AI systems powered by LLMs at scale.
• Drive adoption by delivering outcomes and iterating based on real usage.
• Shape project direction and lead complex deployments end to end.
