Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a pricing professional to drive value-based pricing for the Surgery Franchise in Saudi. The role focuses on leading pricing tasks, analyzing tender quotation prices and profitability, and guiding monthly price performance reporting.

You will train the S&M team, ensure pricing governance alignment with EMEA guidelines, and develop simulations to support price decisions with strong Excel and Power BI capabilities.

Job description

• Support and guidance to the business regarding strategic pricing priorities
• Drive value-based pricing and maximize the value of innovation
• Lead the pricing tasks for Surgery Franchise in Saudi
• Analyze tender quotation prices and profitability
• Conduct win/loss reviews and pricing simulations
• Ensure continuity, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly Price Performance Reports
• Ensure local pricing governance and EMEA pricing governance guidelines are followed
• Drive price escalations as per guidelines
• Provide price change simulations during PL update process
• Train S&M team to influence price decision-making process
• Continuously improve pricing reporting and analytics

Requirements

• University/Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Marketing/ Economics/ Business or Engineering
• 2-3 years related experience ideally in pricing, tenders, or finance in the region.
• Proficiency in MS Office specifically advanced MS Excel knowledge
• Proficiency in Power BI
• Working knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
• Strong technical and analytical skills, including knowledge and understanding of pricing and commercial strategies, compliance framework, experience in analysis and modeling.

• Ability to analyze, work through and identify solutions to problems
• Fluent in English and Arabic (French language a plus)
