Role Description

The Preschool Teacher is responsible for creating and implementing developmentally appropriate, bilingual learning experiences for children in an early childhood setting. This full-time, on-site role in Jeddah includes planning and delivering lessons that encourage play-based learning, exploration, and active engagement with the environment. The Preschool Teacher observes and documents children’s progress, collaborates with the multidisciplinary team on individualized support plans, and maintains a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom. Daily tasks also involve communicating regularly with families, preparing learning materials, managing classroom routines, and fostering a positive atmosphere that respects each child’s unique background and learning style.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten teaching practices.
• Ability to design and implement effective Lesson Planning aligned with child-centered learning.
• Experience with Curriculum Development that supports bilingual, play-based, and inclusive education.
• Excellent Communication skills with children, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Experience working in preschool or early childhood settings, preferably in bilingual environments.
• Demonstrated ability to create safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning spaces.
• Flexibility, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to collaborative, learner-focused practices.
