The role requires 3+ years of experience, Bachelor's (and preferably Master's) degree, and strong knowledge of safeguarding. You will assess student progress, collaborate with parents and staff, and contribute to a supportive learning environment.

• Proven teaching qualifications (Bachelor / Masters)
• 3+ years of experience
• Proficiency in the subject matter
• Proficiency in key teaching skills
• Proficiency in standards of child protection and safeguarding

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional lessons that facilitate active learning and meet curriculum standards
• Evaluate and document students' academic and personal development through tests, assignments, and observations
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration
• Address diverse learning needs by offering tailored guidance, extra help, or resources to ensure all students succeed
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators to share progress, address concerns, and support students' overall development
