Job summary

Alrashid Abetong, a leading precast concrete specialist in Riyadh, seeks a Quality Control Engineer to support factory production and site erection. You will ensure elements meet drawings and specs, supervise casting, curing, and stripping, and maintain robust QC documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, inspection methods, and nonconformance reporting.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Inspect fabricated molds to ensure compliance with approved drawings and required tolerances.
• Monitor casting, curing, and stripping procedures of precast elements at the factory.
• Verify condition of precast elements upon delivery to site and ensure correct erection procedures.
• Prepare and maintain all required quality control documentation according to standards and project specifications.
• Identify and report deviations, nonconformities, and recommend improvements to enhance processes.
• Issue Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) and manage RFIs, MIRs, and work handovers.
• Address client quality-related complaints and coordinate resolution of issues.
• Implement the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Act as the company's quality representative, maintaining effective communication with clients, consultants, and site supervisors.
• Ensure quality control procedures are properly applied across both factory production and site installation works.
