Job summary

EPF Contracting & Construction in Riyadh invites a qualified QC Engineer to join our project team. The ideal candidate has strong quality control experience in construction, with preference for those who worked on the Qiddiyah Project or similar major infrastructure projects.

The role involves implementing QC procedures, conducting site inspections, preparing reports, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience as a QC Engineer in construction, infrastructure, or building projects.
• Experience or exposure to the Qiddiyah Project is highly preferred.
• Based in Riyadh with immediate joiner preference.
• Strong knowledge of inspection procedures, ITPs, NCRs, MIRs, WIRs and QA/QC docs.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor project quality control procedures per project specs and standards.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with drawings, method statements and ITPs.
• Prepare inspection requests, quality reports, checklists and related documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and site teams for inspections/approvals.
• Identify quality issues, raise NCRs and track corrective actions.
• Ensure material inspection/testing/approval before site installation.
• Maintain QA/QC records and support handover documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers to ensure first-time right work.

Job Summary

EPF is looking for a qualified QC Engineer to join our project team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have strong quality control experience in construction projects, with preference given to candidates who have previously worked on the Qiddiyah Project or similar major infrastructure/building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor project quality control procedures as per approved project specifications and standards.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, method statements, ITPs, and quality requirements.
• Prepare and submit inspection requests, quality reports, checklists, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams for inspections and approvals.
• Identify quality issues, raise NCRs if required, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure proper material inspection, testing, and approval before site installation or use.
• Maintain complete QA/QC records and support project handover documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers to ensure work is completed right the first time and in compliance with project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
• 3–6 years of experience as a QC Engineer in construction, infrastructure, or building projects.
• Previous experience in the Qiddiyah Project is highly preferred.
• Candidate should preferably be based in Riyadh.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inspection procedures, ITPs, method statements, NCRs, MIRs, WIRs, and project quality documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage site quality requirements efficiently.

Preferred Candidate

A Riyadh-based QC Engineer with 3–6 years of experience, previously involved in Qiddiyah or similar major Saudi projects, and available to join immediately.
