Detailed Job Description

As an ICT Technician supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and security systems in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of day-to-day data center support, ICT maintenance, CCTV system monitoring, and network troubleshooting. Your day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with data center rack-and-stack operations, monitoring and configuring CCTV surveillance camera systems, troubleshooting LAN/WAN connectivity issues, installing structured cabling, maintaining hardware asset inventories, and collaborating with senior network engineers to resolve technical incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive day-to-day operational support for enterprise ICT infrastructure, local area networks, and data center environments.
• Monitor, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IP-based CCTV surveillance camera systems, recording servers, and physical security feeds.
• Assist with data center operations, server hardware installation, equipment rack mounting, cable management, and environmental monitoring.
• Perform routine network troubleshooting, switch port verification, patch cord replacement, and connectivity testing across enterprise switches.
• Maintain rigorous hardware and software asset inventories, tracking maintenance logs, warranty status, and equipment deployment records.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Network Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 1+ year of progressive professional experience in IT support, network administration, or data center operations.
• Strong, demonstrable practical knowledge of data center operations, IT networking fundamentals, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Hands-on practical experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting CCTV surveillance camera systems and security software.
• Solid understanding of structured cabling, switch configuration, and basic hardware troubleshooting methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal troubleshooting capabilities under active enterprise environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong technical documentation and customer support abilities.
• Mandatory legal work eligibility in Saudi Arabia and availability for full-time on-site operations in Riyadh.
