Job summary

Dahua Technology MENA in Riyadh seeks a Pre-Sales Engineer to bridge sales, technical, and operations with distributors, system integrators and installers, delivering Dahua solutions and services. Qualifications

2-3 years working experience in the fire industry as a pre-sales or technical role for low current systems.
Full clean local driving license.
Strong English and native Arabic language skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and advisory on Dahua solutions for sales staff and customers; coordinate with R&D on troubleshooting and third-party integrations.
Carry out site surveys, customer trainings/demos, project support and product promotions; assist with pre-sales tender preparation.
Provide product training to technical engineers and help improve their technical knowledge.
Consolidate demand, gather product feedback from the market, and report to the product department for improvements and planning.
Participate in promotions with the Marketing Team to develop business; train new starters in the Technical Department.
